Define Negative Correlation

1) Protogenic Solvents :-

Solvents which have tendency to produce proton.

Example :- Water, Glacial acetic acid.

2) Protophillic solvent :- 

Solvents which have tendency to accept proton.

Example :- Alcohol, Ammonia etc.
